Blargh
I called into work today; I've been feeling like something that had been hacked up by a cat or something for most of the day. In fact, I didn't really get out of bed until 10:00. PM, that is. Hooray for fever and intestinal distress! A few hours later, now, I've mostly started feeling human again.

Also: God, I hate the couple of days after I wash my hair. It's all over the goddamned place and poofy, constantly getting in my face. Blargh

Coconut oil. Is good stuff for hair and very cheap.

Heh, I may try that. I've got about ten pounds of the stuff under my sink. (That reminds me, I need to make more soap.)

Your hair problems make you sound like a poodle :) Is it a Winter thing? If it is, it's probably the heating. Mine goes through Mass Frizz Mayhem if I stay in the house too long. Sometimes it's so bad it's still frizzy after almost a week (when it's really rather heavy with grease ;P) which is insane.

Naw, this happens pretty much any time of year, until brushing's worked the oils through it again. Because of this, I don't wash my hair much, unless it needs it because it's gotten oily or started to smell like cigarette smoke.
